At Solara Style, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day refund and return policy.
Eligibility for Returns
You can return items within 30 days of purchase as long as they are unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Items must be returned in the same condition as you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons, including:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel once worn or removed from packaging
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at fashion@solarastyle.org. Do not send your items back without prior authorization. Once approved, send the package to:

Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please email us at fashion@solarastyle.org with your order details.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
Lost or Damaged Returns
For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
