We currently ship within the United States. If you need international shipping, please contact our team at fashion@solarastyle.org for special arrangements.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods (e.g. sales or holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Shipping Time & Rates
We offer Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) via USPS or UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.
Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders over a certain amount.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor its delivery status.
5. Delays & Issues
Solara Style is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at fashion@solarastyle.org, and we will do our best to assist you.
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
7. Damaged Packages
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
